In February 2015 PH Energy Systems established a service department to support installations completed by the company. At this time it was evident that there were a number of refrigeration installations that needed to have the involvement of professional refrigeration service technicians to both ensure compliance with current legislation and ongoing efficient operation. To this end we realized that offering tailor made service contracts would provide plant owners and operators peace with of mind and increase plant efficiency and longevity.

Services offered include:

• Plant specific service plan - This is a scheduled approach to preventative maintenance, and incorporates manufacturers maintenance requirements
• Troubleshooting, fault finding and breakdown call out services- aimed at getting the client operational as quickly as possible to ensure minimum down time. This includes both electrical and mechanical aspect of plant and equipment
• Condition monitoring. This is program is tailor made to suit your requirements, but is designed to ensure maximum efficiency and longevity of plant and equipment while ensuring unnecessary invasive procedures are kept to a minimum. Services offered include:
  • Laser Alignment
  • Vibration analysis
  • Oil samples
  • Thermographic imaging
• Compliance surveys - We will complete an audit on a client's plant and make recommendations as to any possible shortcomings in terms of the latest legislation governing the ownership and operation of refrigeration plant and equipment. We are also positioned to issue certificates of compliance once rectification work has been complete
